The Shire Corporate Responsibility Committee

Corporate responsibility (CR) is a priority for everyone at Shire, but ultimate responsibility for it lies with the Board. The Board determines our strategy in this area, and this is then implemented and monitored by the CR Committee.

The CR Committee is chaired by Tatjana May, our General Counsel, and includes senior people from across the business.
